QA20060-25G
QA20060-25GF is a wideband power transistor without internal matching. It is manufactured based on GaN devices using nationally produced materials and processes. It has an available operating frequency range: DC~6 GHz and meets the requirements of high-performance RF/RF/s such as communications, EMC, radio positioning, and telemetry. Environmental adaptability requirements such as high power, high efficiency and temperature for microwave systems.
