QA812-37 is a X-band power amplifier. It is manufactured based on GaAs devices using nationally produced materials and utilizing 0.25 um pHEMT process. The available operating frequency range is: 8~12 GHz, which meets the requirements of high-performance RF/RF in communications, EMC, radio positioning, telemetry and remote control, etc. Environmental adaptability requirements such as high power, high efficiency and temperature for microwave systems.
