saturated output power is 37.5dBm, the typical power added efficiency (P1dB) is 42.5%, the typical power added efficiency (Psat) is 47%, and the typical static current is 1.35A.

The amplifier adopts QF255A microwave power device housing, and the surface of the pin pads is treated with gold plating technology, which is suitable for reflow soldering installation process.
